Has anyone ran into the issue of their package being damaged by UPS (package empty, No Invoice) and UPS stated that they cannot ship. will I be reimbursed? or the package re-shipped? first time buying from Cigar bids and it has been a pretty crappy experience.

Hang in there... this place is great, top notch customer service... I wouldn't think about buying cigars elsewhere....
