Houston Methodist Hospital just confirmed the first US case of Covid Lamda. Booster shots, masks and basements for all.

How would a variant from Peru make it to the US? Could it have possibly walked over our southern border?

Pandora's box is open. There is no way we can ever vaccinate enough of the world to stop SARS-COVID2 and it's continuous variants. We never could. Though I think vaccination is the correct choice, it has been disingenuous from the beginning to say if enough Americans get vaccinated we can stop SARS-COVID2.
