Speaking of hot sauce, I had a small jar of dried scorpion and reaper pepper flakes. Been kinda scared to use em, sprinkled some on a piece of pizza and got lit up.

Mixed a tsp into about a quarter pound of ground beef n made a spicy burger yesterday. It was really good. The reaper flavor dominated but it was not reaper hot. I think with the 70/30 fatty beef the heat had plenty to carry it away. Felt it more this morning than while eating.

Brother in law is growing scorpions. He won't eat em. Can't wait for harvest time. Make some sauce, and dry/grind the rest.
