I like the t52 better than the 9. Both are good. I think they’re a touch high for what they are but they’re good smokes

Thanks for the feedback, we’re they the flying pig? I hear the t52 is just bigger, bolder etc…would you agree?

I think they’re both pretty bold. The t52 was about robusto sized. The 9 was a toro.

They’re both full bodied Just different. Both great. I usually don’t smoke the large rings. Honestly the last Ligas I bought were lanceros.

I haven’t loved LPs for some time, they’re good but not great now.

Our opinions are just that though, if you’re unsure go to your SHPO and buy one to try before a box purchase.

For my money I prefer Muestra de Saka over a LP.

Best advice you’re ever gonna get.

I remember when LPs were quite the rage and people would often overpay for them, here and on other auction sites. Of the ones I have left from 2013-2014, they seem to have lost a good amount of their flavor and strength. Should smoke them up before they really go South.

Found a 5 pack sale today on flying pigs for both T52 and NO9 oscuro, $59 a pop so I jumped on it. We’ll see how they smoke

I usually smoke medium bodied cigars because I feel like I can taste all the nuances and flavor notes better. I love some full-bodied cigars like Undercrown, anything by My Father, and anything if it’s aged really well. Some full bodied cigars are just a stink bomb. Sometimes it seems like a lot of full-bodied sticks are just for novelty or marketing like “Smoke this ass kicking, heavy, manly, tough guy cigar!” And other than being strong, have no real nuance to flavor. Plus, the wife doesn’t like to sit with me when I smoke something too heavy.

That being said, if you like full-bodied cigars, Liga Privadas are amazing. They have all the complexity I like and the construction is great. I just don’t smoke them because I’m not crazy about smokes that are that heavy. If I’m alone on a camping trip, I would enjoy a Liga privada, but for a more regular occasion, I would choose Undercrown over Liga.
