"Mod" aluminum trays, no dishes, put parchment/ brown paper on tray and your food goes on top of that...

I got the combo platter and one additional side plus ice water.

Pulled pork was very good!
A very large portion, and I mean large.
Baked bean w/ brisket...gotta say..it was sub par...not good
Green beans, bacon, onions...very good
Coleslaw was "ok" to meh...

Over all a good meal...

Gotta try the Mac and cheese and the augratin spuds sides...

The ambiance was a little overwhelming..
Blaring country music, pictures of military veterans, policemen, firemen and EMT'S...

I GET IT, ITS PATRIOTIC...AND then some...
