I'm brand new to Cigar Bid - I only placed 2 orders.

Both were bought off the free fall auction. The first one went great with quick delivery and safe packaging. No complaints.

The 2nd order took 3 days to process and was immediately backorded. Nothing in the listing indicated that the product was backorded.

The order was processed 10 days ago and I can't get Cigar Bid to answer the phone or reply to my emails. I've called several times and been on hold for 10+ minutes each time and haven't received any reply to emails.

I've heard good things about Cigar Bid. That's why I ordered from them.

Is this lack of response and product backorder normal?

10mins is short compared to reports from the last year or two. Try again. Be patient. They're good about sorting things out in my experience

When was this order placed? During the holidays?

Some people’s kids…..go drink a juice box a ponder your life decisions and think about if you’re a Hotwheel guy or a Matchbox guy. Then remember to put a new battery in your Stomper or you’re gonna loose the next race with your sister.

And wait a week. If you need another juice box, get a cigar from your local shpo and make friends with them. This is the occasion you need them for…..make sure you bring them a juice box in case they ever get too excited.

Scott, on the surface this is your typical wise guy, put-on-a-thick-raincoat kind of place but at it’s heart is a bunch of good guys. Not always easy to jump in and instantly read the room. Stick around, get to know the guys, participate in a few nOOb PIBs and trades to help broaden your horizons.
