I don't think you can cancel without customer service intervention. Even more so if you win

This happened to me once and I immediately sent a message to Customer Service asking to rescind it, along with the details of the auction. I got a reply a few days later (…and this was well before Covid so your results may vary…) and they said not to worry. If I won the auction, they would cancel it. And they did.

If, for instance, you simply had buyer’s remorse, or found the item cheaper elsewhere....tough chit.......you bought em.
If, for instance, you bid on a single thinking it was a box, because of the picture..........tough chit........you bought it.
