Just smoke some weed, maybe you'll mellow out a bit.

I know a few people on the CBD thing for a while. Claimed it was helpful, but eventually gave ir up and went back to the old fashioned THC, either crossing to legal states or black market stuff. 'Course, they were potheads to begin with, so may not be the best group for a comparative study

I’ve used creams with some relief, I can’t ingest though.

I've tried it. Bought some tinctures and edibles purported to help sleep. Did nothing for me.

Very occasionally I will eat 1/4-1/2 of a gummy and enjoy it very much. Not enough to get "high" but just be mellow.

If you are on any medications look up the drug interaction. A batch of medications are slowed processing out of the body by CBD. This can kill you or cause severe bodily damage.

We had this discussion one night on the vherf, I believe anything that's grapefruit related if I remember right.

Not quite, grapefruit has the same effect so I cannot eat grapefruit due to it franking with my heart medication. I spoke with Opal about CBD. He is the one who educated me.

Pre rolls work the best….. never thought I try it, but if I’m hurting real bad it seems to do the trick.

Let me know if you are taking any prescribed meds that don't have potential negative side effects.

What an ignorant comment. This doesn't fit into the potential negative. It 100% happens with certain drugs.

I have been using CBD oil for 2.5 to 3 years now. I have many aches and pains, but my use was primarily for my degenerative C-spine. The CBD worked for some of my aches and pains but not all. With the C-spine, it allowed me to extend the time period from six months to approximately twelve months for the C-spine nerve ablations. If you decide to give this a try, I recommend that you find a pharmacy you trust and use their CBD products. Reason is that they are less likely to sell one a sketchy product.

I have been under pain management for approximately five years for the C-spine. This past July, I decided to give up he opioids and give Delta 8 gummies a try. They have worked for me and most of the time I will only take ½ gummie to take the edge off. I have never felt any side effects or felt high.

Also, I have used topicals for temporary relief and they also work for me. Nothing is absolute and it is not going to work for everyone. With the CBD oil it may take four to six weeks of use before one will realize any benefit.

A word of caution, one can have a false negative for THC with use of CBD products. Less likely with he oils as opposed to the Delta 8 products. This based on what I have read while researching the various products.
