I understand what ISOM means but I have seen ISO posted several times also. Does it mean the same thing?

ISOM = island south of miami

ISO = In Search Of ...

Speaking of ISOM's, I ran across a local guy selling ISOM's by the box. Is $300/box a good price? Had Partagas, Cohiba, and Monte's. A couple of boxes of each. I have no interest in them but was wondering if the price was right. No job, no ISOM's. I did check the boxes and they appeared to have had all the right markings.
