Soooo, yesterday I decided to re humidify my beads.
Picked up a blue cap tube, held half of it in the opening of a gallon of distilled water. As I pulled the tube out the cap fell off and all the beads are now on the bottom of the gallon. I checked the other tube I have and the caps are loose on that one also.
So, I checked two older black cap tubes I have and they are glued on.
Be forewarned.

The way Danm explained it, and seems to work for me was take a sealable container, place a small glass or dish with distilled water in it,. Place dried packs around that dish and stick the lid on the container. Wait a few weeks and good as almost new

I've also heard, but haven't proven, recharges on packs aren't unlimited, and you can dry them to a point they can't be recharged

As described by SOB via Danm, I use a moderate sized air-tight container with a small container with distilled water inside, surrounded by the dry (...but not dried out) packs. Simple and easy.

I have recharged by taking an old noob humidor, filling a shot glass with distilled water, putting that in a zip lock, put them in the humi, surround the shot glass with the dry Bovedas, zip it but keep air for it to be a bit like a balloon, and close the lid for a few weeks. Remove what I need, throw in some spent Bovedas, rinse and repeat until the shot glass is empty. Can be months.

I like the zip lock cuz it creates a highly humid atmosphere and if some moron bumps the dresser it sits on with his tripod, at least it won't spill all over the humidor.

I use a "continual recharge" approach. I put a few Bovedas in my my tuppereradore and also put in a little jar of crystals. I charge the crystals with distilled H20 and let the Bovedas "pull" the excess humidity out of the air. That way, they are always recharged, pulling out moisture, and when the crystals dry out and I forget to recharge them for a few months, the Bovedas switch to "push" moisture out. I have a few packets that are zero-crunchy after a few years of use like this.

Here is the latest on my bead fiasco, I tiped the gallon of distilled water upside down so that the aforementioned beads became concentrated at the opening, then I used a very fine strainer, I use to filter the rocks out of cocane powder, to catch them as they rushed out for freedom.Then the easy part was scooping them up and back into there appropriate container .problem solved......OK ,so I embellished slightly

OK, I have to claryify that strainer comment. My wife informed me that the strainer was NOT the same one I used to sift the blow with. If was a similar one I used long before we met.
Hope this clarifies the post..?...
