The Democrats destroy everything they touch and now they have done it to the Supreme Court. The lesson is that Democrats will do anything and I mean anything to get their way and will destroy anything and anyone to do it. You can never trust a Democrat, and I mean never.

The person who did this must have their career destroyed, period!

Could you explain the above more clearly? If Politico is correct, which I imagine they are, 5 conservative Republican judges broke SCOTUS. I think it would be naive of myself to say that SCOTUS now is political, that has been the case for quite some time. But for a long time it was balanced 4 vs 4 with a swing vote. This vote goes against the will of the American people as far as I can tell. 30% wanted the overturn, 69% didn't want the overturn, and 1% undecided as far as I can tell. If you would explain how you concluded that the Democrats caused Roe V Wade to be overturned that would be quite enlightening.

See, I had some drugs and sh1t right now, I wouldn't give a fucq. But I'd come off stage, and I still wouldn't give a fucq. Then, by the time you're 50, a lotta 'no-givin-a-fucq', you missed part your life.

Are they going to overturn it? I don't think they should.

If so... I think men and women better be a whole lot more careful when they do the deed. They'll no longer be able to abort a life due to inconvenience.

Now I have to admit that at this point we do not know who the leaker actually was but I think that the odds that it was a conservative is about 1 in 1,000,000,000,000. Democrats have lied about and destroyed the lives of many people who they determine are enemies of their warped ideology.

Now I do not condone violence so I do not condone killing someone, but I can see why some here went there since Democrat policies do get people killed.

If the last 10-12 years show any pattern than Zito is probably assuming correctly.

I would ask two questions for motive.

What do the “conservative” judges gain for republiCANTS?

What do the “liberal” justices gain for democRATS?

When midterms are likely to be a landslide I’d image firing up and fundraising for the left is big one. I don’t see what the right gains by this at all….the dyed in the wool pro life voters are sheep.

I just want to point out that overturning Roe would not, in and of itself, make abortions illegal. It would simply leave the decision up to the individual states to determine if abortion will be legal in those states. Every state would get to decide for itself.

OK, now I follow what you are talking about. Just guessing, I think the leak was not from a member of SCOTUS. It could have been anyone from a clerk to a court recorder. I do not consider a leak the destruction of SCOTUS. That is why my first post went how it did. For myself the politicalization of SCOTUS has lead to it's destruction. We no longer have checks and balances. This has been so for a while. I see a fundamental shift in how SCOTUS works. They base decisions on how they interpret the constitution instead of how they understand the constitution. Certainly a subtle difference, but one I find extraordinarily critical.
