Panama......I haven’t received any catalogs from either CI or CCom in years............and I didn’t unsubscribe.
I’m guessing the catalogs have simply become obsolete for the most part.
Traditional mail order has been replaced by online ordering......long ago.......rendering catalogs as comparatively expensive and ineffective marketing.

It was a reference to a great movie ("Brazil", had you googled it) based entirely on a clerical error regarding a last name in a dystopian future society that changes everything for the main character. I was insinuating that your information may hav ejust been lost or altered by CI and therefore you were not receiving the catalogue anymore.



Explaining subtle (and possibly bad) jokes/references is tiring.

I do feel OP's pain. I have a one year old CI catalogue in the loo and frankly, I think i have the damn thing memorized by now... Haven't seen a new one in a full year (thiis old one has Father's day 2021 items).
