Well not quite exactly…..but pretty much.

Senate Bill 357 was signed by Gavin Newsom! It will repeal all laws prohibiting loitering in a public place with the intent to commit prostitution, or directing, supervising, recruiting, or aiding a person who is loitering with the intent to commit prostitution, or collecting or receiving all or part of the proceeds of an act of prostitution.

Apparently the existing law led to disproportionate harassment of black and Latino women and transgender adults.

It still doesn't give me any urge or incentive to visit CA much less live there. Gonna have to try harder.

I must truly admit....

That Everytime I visited California...several times throughout the years...some with alias I.D. on work related visits...others with my own I.D. vacationing...
I had a fantastic time ...each and every time...
Bar None !!!

Food was great, people were very nice, scenery was absolutely beautiful...my favourite areas were MENDECINO, THE HEARST CASTLE, SAN FRANCISCO- fisherman's wharf ( EXCEPT THE constant smell of human urine everywhere) , the MONTEREY
Area/ Clint Eastwood's piano bar and that fancy golf course with bent up pine trees on the ocean front??? AREA, BESt OF ALL WAS ThE Napa valley wine country and Sonoma? County wineries( Or is that Arizona??)..the redwoods, the highway one drive, Humboldt county ( not gonna mention why but it wasn't a vacation wink wink nudge nudge) those two city's on the northern coast /names?? Forget???
And the santa Cruz areas....

California is just downright beautiful...

Never did the L.A. scene at all...

You just described my last seven years here except the secret agent stuff. Sonoma is wine county here, Sedona is In Arizona full of Californians reading crystals and palms and stuff
