So, back in May, I won a 165qt Igloo Maxcold cooler in a drawing at a golf outing (won the outing too, no thanks to me). Awesome, I like to win stuff. However, as the sheer size of this behemoth set in I wondered, what the hell am I going to do with this thing? I seldom fish, though I hear good things about it. I really don't drink to the volume of my youth, and when I do drink, I rarely do it outside the house anymore. What to do?
Then the heavens parted, and a voice like a chorus of angels rang down from above, "STORE CIGARS!"
"But angelic voice, certainly a coolerdor of this size will cause strife within the marital abode."
"TELL MRS. BEACH YOU'RE ON A MISSION FROM GOD!"
"Hmmm, sounds plausible. I'm down."
So began the planning, the purchasing, of many cedar trays, the construction, the seasoning, and the loading. I estimate its got about 850 smokes inside and I was able to trash all ziploc bags, disposable tupperware, and two more permanent type tupperware containers. To reiterate, trashed, disposed of, gone. Not sitting empty waiting to be refilled.
