i got sent wrong order. I got a pack of 99 cent pipe cleaners instead of a hat . I know thats not a big deal..but the hat was a special gift for my son who regularly smoked that brand. I have sent 3 emails and been on customer hold 2x over 30 mInutes each..NO SOLUTION OR FEEDBACK..CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Agreed, but they definitely haven't. Judging from the ebb and flow of cust service threads, they seemed to be getting their chit together, then they didn't. Now, in this high flow period, time must be invested if you wish to reach someone

I noticed that the Old cameroon is not on the member list, but a search of posts by him will bring up his posts.
