Won a ten pack. Great summer cigar!

Need to change my credit card on file and I can’t get through to CigarBid customer service. Multiple emails, literally hours on the phone waiting ‘for the next available agent’. Nada nothing zip. There used to be a way to change one’s card on the website. Can’t find that either.

Any suggestions are welcome….

Upper right on the web page, click on "My Account"

Then on the left hand side of the page, click on "Payment Types"

Then click on "add a card"

Slow down please. That was pretty complicated and I want to make sure I don't miss a step... Do I need to reboot (three times) in there somewhere?

You may find that changing the card on an existing order may require a phone call. I ran into that once. Because the order already has the card data, on online change won't work.
