I rceived my Bovida Humidor Bag, but it is locked shut. The zipper won't open the bag. Is there a trick to opening the thing that I should know about?

10 years here, and you cant figure out how to open a bag?

Happened to me too, seemed they locked the key inside the bag by accident. I’d suggest calling their customer service line, you might be on hold for awhile but the freebies they’ll send you with the new unlocked bag will be well worth the wait.🇨🇮

I thought you had to tear it open honestly. Not even being sarcastic. I’ve had 3 of them. They didn’t hold up very long for me. They’d be ok if you didn’t open and close them. Boveda actually sent me a replacement bag. I left a 3 star Amazon review. They contacted me and sent me a new one. Pretty fair. They just aren’t tough enough. The zipper thingy runs off track after awhile
