They did it again.

Placed an order for 90 cigars.

Lots closed late Monday night. Tuesday afternoon, received a message they shipped that afternoon.

Friday afternoon they arrived on my doorstep. All 90 cigars, packaged professionally, and resting quietly now in my humidor.

Looking at the time line for everything, Cbid received and processed the order in a shorter time frame than it took for the USPS and UPS to hand the boxes off and delivery locally.

One order doesn't mean much, so I'll add this. Have ordered 8 times from Cigarbid this year, with a requested Tuesday ship date. Each time they were shipped on Tuesday. 7 times the cigars arrived three days later (Friday) and 1 Saturday delivery.

When the chit hits the fan, and to everyone from the front line service reps, to the people in the warehouse and everyone in between, know you are appreciated. Thank you for your daily efforts to keep your customers happy, knowing there will be days when things simply don't go as planned.

Hell yeah this is becoming a problem we are talking about going to the Autobahn. The place that has racing go karts and axe throwing . Probably stay a couple nights if so I will definitely get up with you . Shana just have to send you some cup cakes . I will need an addy though.

My last order I put together finished up last Saturday shipped Monday arrived Thursday. No problems whatsoever.

Do fine ordering from CI order Sunday arrives Tuesday or Wednesday.

I remember them. They were a mix of British Synth Pop and Hip-Hop. Highly underrated.
