So I got a notice about my CC. I have gone online and replaced it with an updated card but still can’t order and no one answers emails or the phone. Been onhold for over an hour multiple times. It times out and hangs up on me.

Anyone have and suggestions?

Well, read thru the posts, and you’ll find that calling is about your only alternative……..horrendous hold times……..sorry.
There are other places to buy cigars onlince, auctions too….

I’m currently going through the same thing. Have been using Cbid for years, never any issues, but now my current order says it has issues processing my payment. No one will answer the phone or emails. I’ve tried updating my card info and it hasn’t seemed to help.

Tried calling again, still didn’t get further than an hour plus on hold. No response to the emails I’ve sent. Do they not care about taking people’s money anymore?
