Is anyone else having trouble getting through to costumer service, I've filled out the forum 3 times and have called and have gotten no response.

Yes, one or two people may have mentioned this in passing.

Emails aren't effective currently. Phone calls are, but reported wait times have exceeded 2+hrs

shoot....im waiting a month now.
Half my order still shows as "pending"
Zero answer on multiple call attempts.
Multiple emails sent.

ZERO customer service.
