I get frequent emais from a certain PAGE that cells cigars, but lately I have noticed that the picture they send of the sample of sale items always shows items not in the sale...

For example, here is the one I received a few minutes ago:

The two items circled in red are nowhere on the sale page. Hell, I don't even know what the one with the red label is... If the sale is good enough, I might try them, but they aren't even included.

Is this deceptive advertising?

EDIT: OK, I found the Caldwell Lost & Found One Night Stand Colorado Robusto (red label cigar), but not the Tuefel Hund.

SO evil they all are. The last 24 hours when shopping sites, their pop ups offered 15%and another at 25%..... made accounts in both and tried to buy my fave..... PADRON's............. NOPE! No discount whats-so-ever. Stogie...... what do we do Sue them? I'm in.

SO evil they all are. The last 24 hours when shopping sites, their pop ups offered 15%and another at 25%..... made accounts in both and tried to buy my fave..... PADRON's............. NOPE! No discount whats-so-ever. Stogie...... what do we do Sue them? I'm in.

Padron doesn't have to offer discounts (on most of their lines). That's one of the conditions vendors agree to when they start selling them.
