Kevin McCarty has kicked Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell off the House Intelligence Committee.

Remember Schiff, the putz that spearheaded the now debunked Trump-Russian collusion steamroller. What about Swalwell, caught in bed with a Russian spy who by law would under normal circumstances be ineligible to hold a security clearance?

I’m not a fan of McCarthy, and I’ve made my view known, but I’ll give him props for doing the right thing as far as these two azzholes are concerned.

Next up is that pompous azz aka Jerald Nadler.

Well now we know Adam Schiff demanded that a reporter be removed from Twitter in an email with Twitter. He should be prosecuted for the 💩 he’s pulled and the lies that cost America $.

"If you got the briefing I got from the FBI, you wouldn't have Swalwell on any committee," McCarthy said in the press conference after one reporter questioned MCarthy's commitment to allowing Democrats to pick their own committee membership.

"And you're going to tell me other Democrats couldn't fill that slot? He cannot get a security clearance in the private sector," McCarthy said. "So would you like to give him a government clearance?"

McCarthy noted that in the last Congress, which was controlled by Democrats, leadership kept Swalwell in the committee even after he was red flagged by the FBI.

"You're going to tell me there are 200 other Democrats that couldn't fill that slot, but they kept him on it? The only way that they even knew it came forward is when they put to nominate him to the Intel committee. And then the FBI came and told the leadership that he's got a problem, and they kept him on. That jeopardized all of us," McCarthy said.

McCarthy said Schiff was another exception to his general policy of allowing Democrats to decide which members of their party sit on certain committees.

"Adam Schiff openly lied to the American public. He told you he had proof. He told you he didn't know the whistle blower," McCarthy said of the controversies surrounding Schiff during the impeachment of former President Trump.

"He put America for four years through an impeachment that he knew was a lie." At the same time, we had Ukraine, the same time we had Afghanistan collapse. Was that the role of the Intel committee? No," McCarhty said.

Swalwell was my representative before I moved to Texas. It was a Chinese spy, not a Russian!

She was a student at California State University East Bay, where she served as the president of the school's Chinese Student Association and president of the campus chapter of Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs and then she got heavily involved will local politics.

Swalwell was a city councilman and she bundled fundraising and got him the Asian vote. Even fed him an intern for his DC office.

He was one one many young politicians she was connected to that were targeted for grooming.

She is an interesting story. Fled the country in 2015 with the FBI on her trail.

Denies Schiff and Swalwell on the Intel committiee and then backs that shhite up:


Upon the news that Democrat Reps. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, both of California, were removed from the Intelligence Committee, PBS reporter Lisa Desjardins questioned McCarthy on how he could square those actions with allowing Santos to serve on House committees after being caught in multiple lies.

McCarthy pushed back: "Let me be very clear and respectful to you. You ask me a question, when I answer it, it's the answer to your question. You don't get to determine whether I answer your question or not, okay? With all respect, thank you. No, no. Let's answer her question."

"You just raised the question. I will be very clear with you. The Intel Committee is different, well, you know why? Because what happens in the Intel Committee, you don't know. What happens in the Intel committee, other secrets are going on the world, other members of Congress don't know," McCarthy said.

The Republican leader brought up Schiff’s push of the Russia collusion scandal as a reason for not allowing him back on the House Intelligence Committee.

As chair of the Intelligence Committee, McCarthy told reporters Schiff used "his power as a chairman and lied to the American public. Even the inspector general said it. When Devin Nunes put out a memo, [Schiff] said it was false. When we had a laptop, he used it before an election to [play] politics and say that it was false and said it was the Russians when he knew different, when he knew the Intel… He used his position as chairman, knowing he has information the rest of America does not, and lied to the American public."

He responded similarly regarding Swalwell’s past scandal compromising himself with his close connection to a Chinese spy, telling reporters, "You have not had the briefing that I had."

"I had the briefing and Nancy Pelosi had the briefing from the FBI. The FBI never came before this Congress to tell the leadership of this Congress that Eric Swalwell had a problem with the Chinese spy until he served on Intel," McCarthy continued.

"But you know what, those voters elected Schiff, even though he lied, those voters elected Swalwell, even though he lied to the American public, too. So, you know what? I respect his voters, too, and they'll serve on committees, but they will not serve on a place that has national security relevance because integrity matters to me. That's the answer to your question," McCarthy concluded.
