I like them but they use up fuel quicker than other quads I have. Also they don't work well in cold temperatures. I'm guessing that they could have problems in high altitudes.

Have you tried an EV lighter?

Yeah some definitely go through fuel quicker, my shpo gets some unbranded ones and they’re cheap and last about a year or two but they definitely don’t get good “mileage”.

Offhand I don’t think I ever won an auction on a quad lighter. Triples seemed to do a fine job, at least for me.

I’ve got a couple quads. They’re fine. I really like single jets. Never thought to order from wish but I’ve ordered fishing gear from there.

I try to toss my lighter in my pants pocket for a bit this time of year. Seems like that makes my lighters work well in the cold. I guess it heats the lighter up a bit

Same. My triples and quads sit in a drawer now. I ordered this two pack of singles from amazon and they have HUGE resevoirs. Only had them a month or so, so tough to speak to longevity, but they were $7 each...

The Rockwell is definitely not fuel efficient. I like the jetline torch, especially the bugle single flame. Like others here my quad torches generally sit in the drawer.

Same. More than a single seems inefficient to me. I bought a 5 pack of these two years ago, and still have three left. I think Tony or somebody posted a link to them. I've also been feeding them crap butane, and they don't seem to mind.

Except mine don't have the chains on them. I don't like the chains. Too bdsm for a lighter.

They even came filled with butane. Don't think they're supposed to do that.

I like a triple for firing up, and a single for touching up as needed. Have had a couple of quads, but seem like a little overkill for me

I only ever use a triple when I'm on the golf course due to the wind. Rest of the time it's a single Dupont Maxijet. I gave up on the cheap crap 15 years ago.

^yep there’s 2-3 beater lighters in my golf bag in hopes something will work. Pretty sure there’s a bic in there too. A fella from the other site sent me over a nice xicar pretty sure that’s spelled wrong
Anyway it’s a single flame table lighter. I dig it. Big enough I don’t Carry it away

I take this back about Rockwell torch not being fuel efficient. I did have one that used a lot of fuel but not all Rockwell. I just got a Rockwell lighter in a package deal I ordered and it's pretty good. I still use a single to light my cigars but the quad is great for lighting the wood stove and when I go out in the wind.
