Illinois Governer signed a bill into Law for Mandatory 40 hr work week you earn an hour off...

All Well and Good! But most business here in the State cut workers hours so they only roll in 37-39 hrs. a week keep dangling that Carrot!!![ram27bat] 🤦 🤦 😣 🇨🇮

That's what gubments do in Communist countries, right Brew?

Did they ever abolish slavery in Illinois? Well, I heard the last slave was supposedly freed in 1839, but a lot of folks wanted Illinois to be a"white man's state.", including Old Abe Lincoln. I do know that Illinois is downright famous for its Black Codes to keep black folks from moving into the state and doing citizen stuff like voting.
