Anyone planning a special smoke to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings? If so, whatcha gonna smoke?

Think I’ll spark up a Las Calaveras for the ones that gave it their all that historic day.

I agree it was the last great album, and the black album was the last really good album.

Evening plans just got altered.

Granddaughters are gonna sleepover so that eliminates spending a couple hours smoking a cigar after dinner. Will hafta honor those that fought and died another night.

I'm out of town, had to settle for a southern draw quick draw.

Agreed about both Metallica albums. I haven't really listened to their later stuff much though. I should give it a fair hearing.

Gonna smoke a Camacho Liberty to honor our brave fathers who fought and gave their lives to preserve the liberty of all those who did not want to yield them to a maniac dictator who wanted to dominate the globe.

Le Bijou. It had a French name, so it seemed appropriate.

That’s an outstanding suggestion. I do have an 80th Anniversary Padron but I opted not to smoke it because the heat, humidity and flying insects hamper or destroy my ability to enjoy a cigar and I didn’t want to burn a Padron 80th for the first time and not be able to ignore my surroundings and smoke unmolested. Am I bad?
