How long does it take once you won an auction for them to charge your card and ship it out

I've noticed that I'm charged at the same time as the shipping label being created. Check out their shipping blurb, it's pessimistically honest but hey "under promise, over deliver". I've had 3 orders ship on my shipment day. And one order that took a day longer to process. I'm 2k miles from CB and most of my packages arrive within 3 days of my shipment day.

The best way to mitigate shipping charges

Check your account and set your preferred shipping day. They will usually invoice and charge Early AM on that day and ship during business that day. The default is probably "daily". These should invoice and ship within two days.

First order shipping is kind of steep @ $7.95. So after winning something the next orders are significantly (proportionally) less if shipped in one package.

Knowing that shipping is $1 or less for added purchases on the same order may be incentive to look for those added purchases and win them up to the day before your preferred shipping day.
