Why is the bid to win $30, when there are bids at $28, and the bid increment is $0.50. Right now, there are bids at $28 and $28.50. Why does the next bid have to be $30!?

Bid increment minimums vary from lot to lot- theres a $2 increment and you would have to go to $30 to bid. Either that or Drafter is right.
