Sunday 4-26-26 I made an account and bid on some stuff. I checked my auction throughout the day and it kept timing out so I had to log back in. I probably logged in 7-8 times on Sunday.
Monday, I go to login and it’s saying that my password is wrong. what?
I just made it 14 hours ago and it’s written down right in front of me and I’ve used it 7 to 8 times on Sunday.
So I change my password and look at my account information. It changed my birthday from November 1965to December 31, 1899.
There is something seriously wrong with this site!!!

This was today after logging in probably 15 to 18 times now how is it that it’s still stuck on 4-26 when today is May 1.

And they have my credit card saved and there’s nowhere on this site to delete my account.
Now I have to call back for the fourth time, because I’ve never got a confirmation email that my cigars have been shipped, and the tracking information shows this.

Then I’m reading how people that have bid on auctions and Cigar bid customer service is saying that the cigars are out of stock and it will take a month and to talk to a manager it’s two weeks. Seriously two weeks is it because they don’t have any managers they sure do have a lot of moderators on here don’t they?
That would be like going to Mecum or Sotheby’s and the gravel drops and they say “oh we just sold that piece in the back room, we’ll find you another one soon”
