I had the winning bid on some cigars and two days later I receive an email about age verification. Mind you I have made multiple orders for multiple years prior to this and have an account. The email says I may not receive my cigars if the age verification doesn't happen within 5 days but there was no link to do so and when I signed in to cigarbid.com I have no messages or alerts about age verification. Has anyone else had this situation happened to them? Also if you did, how did you resolve the issue.

I am being asked for verification after an order. I sent in my DL info for verification and still getting request to verify and my order isn't shipping. wth?
Anything else I can do here?

Yup...same thing happened to me. I just called them and asked WTF. They said their department is running slow but they would ship...I still haven't received tracking

You guys haven’t figured out that cbid is on the decline?
Started with MAP, then covid, then the Forum “update”…….shipping and order glitches……decline in the quality of cigars offered for auction, etc.

Cbid is now the LAST remaining auction site since Auctioneer isn’t coming back, and JR and Thomsux have both been dead for years.
I’m not sure how much longer this place will be around to be honest…
