Over a week ago, I won 3 bids on some 5-packs. They were all supposed to be shipped last Friday. 8 days have passed and no cigars. I am extremely upset because today is Friday and I can't expect anything at least until after the Labor Day holiday; thus, my cigars will be in transport for at least 11 days.

These cigars weigh less than 2 lbs and could have easily been shipped USPS Priority. Also, I live in CA so CB should take this into consideration when shipping.

Has anyone else been subject to these unnerving shipping practices.

I've ALWAYS received my cigars approx 2-3 days after winning a bid. Never more, never less.......Brent

I live on the West Coast also. I have noticed shipping may take up to seven days or so when coming via UPS. I make a practice of having plenty of cigars on hand at home so that I am not waiting by the mailbox with my cutter and lighter. Besides, I know most people would recommend letting cigars rest and stabilize for a bit before enjoying them. Try contacting customer service, they may be able to give you more info. I believe USPS has to be requested by you upon ordering. Good luck and try to enjoy the weekend.

Never....always get mine within 2-3 days of closing auction. But I live on the East Coast. Sorry. Always great service in my experience.

I live in California, and UPS can take up to 10 days. I didn't know you could request which carrier you wanted. I will request USPS from now on ... thanks for the info ...

No. 2-3 days max but I live in the east. Ask to be shipped USPS. UPS ground service is way too slow.

Shipping from CB generally takes 3-6 days to Okla.
Never a damaged shipment from USPS or UPS. All shipments have needed humidor time before smoking.
Have had dozens of shipments, with only one missing (USPS), which CB made good.

I usually receive my USPS shipments 2 days after shipping. UPS can take up to 7. I live in the Chicago area. I have had nothing but good experiences with Cigarbid.

Well they have been great. Until this past week. I must say not their fault, but I have not heard from customer service concerning the matter. I usually receive the packages in 2 to 4 days, so when it was 5 I wrote customer service. They said to wait 6 working days, ok no problem. Well I received my package this past friday. The package was marked from the postal service, "received without contents". NOW WHAT TO DO???

Customer service may not read these posts...as I am sure they have better things to do. I would advise calling them...and you will be taken care of. Their CS is some of the best I've ever seen, but as with everything human (and computer), mistakes can be made.

I have everything shipped on friday. I live in the south east, and have the pleasure of receiving my goods on monday if shipped USPS, and tuesday if shipped UPS. So far great service!!!

Mine have been shipped Friday via USPS Priority and arrived in Hawaii on Tuesday. I've never had a problem.

Received Tuesday (11days). Arrived via UPS. Next time I will request USPS Priority.
