A recent tragedy in the Boston area has left a young mother-to-be in the hospital. Shot in the abdomen. The "fetus" is now dead.
They know who shot her. He will be charged with murder.
Why?
According to Pro-abortion (pro-choice)folks, that baby ain't a person. Not until birth.

But if you're pro-abortion then the best you could want for him would be the assualt charge.
And what if the shooting happend one or two months ago? Would that negate the murder rap?

What I heard was the shooting triggered a live birth (in other words, the baby was born, breathed and was alive outside the womb) thus the murder charge.

Isn't that the definition of "viability"? Ability to live outside the womb?
