Yes this is the same one.. and Ret. Col. Bud Day is taking his case all the way to the Supreme Court...

They were Duly Wronged and should get the Benifits that were promissed to them... I posted on this in two different Threads... on the VA and how there running business nowadays... "Kick in the shorts thread" and also Congress defunking the benifits to the Veterans...
