i guess because of my anti-war stance and my generally liberal opinions, i offended some readers.

my posting the link re our prisoners of war, was not intended in anyway to denegrate anyone or mock the prisoners. i wanted to see how they were being treated and hoped they weren't treated badly.

i was repulsed by the video and did post my wish to have these men and at least one woman be rescued ASAP.

i was and am as saddened by watching these guys, away from home and literaly helpless and frightened by the experience as anyone would be under those conditions.

my political views have nothing to do with my feelings about our people on the line in danger and the quicker they all can return safely the better.

i posted the link because it was all but impossible to find and i thought some of you might want to see what brutal treatment our people had to undergo.

please don't confuse my politics with my humanity.

I was not offended I just felt our men/women deserved more from their own then for us to watch them suffer. I have know doubt you are a proud American and your views on politics and the views of others are what makes our's the greatest country in the world. If you ever stop using your God given right to express your views I will find you and make you smoke Swisher's.
