Illegal for restaurants to serve the obese?

FEBRUARY 1--Mississippi legislators this week introduced a bill that would make it illegal for state-licensed restaurants to serve obese patrons.

I think they should be required to provide exercise equipment for us fattys. That way when we are done eating we can exercise until we burn off one more calorie than we consumed. Guaranteed weight loss.

If that bill passed,
I would open a whole chain of Hogleg BBQ stands, throughout the state of Mississippi. LOL

I could still serve fat folks. I found a loophole.

"Section 1 :The provisions in this section shall apply to any food establishment that is required to obtain a permit from the state dept. of health under section
41-3-15 (4) (F), that operates primarily in an enclosed facility AND that has five or more seats for customers. "

WOW what a market for a drive up BBQ stand. LOL

That said, I wouldn't be able to get anything else to eat.

Glad I'm moving to Georgia LOL .

Anything else they want to take away from the people unreal , they going to have a weight station set up outside the resturant LOL .
