Hey all, brand new to the forum. I'm looking to trade my recently acquired AB Prensado Robusto(s). I had one from my B&W a while back and loved it, but I'd only been smoking weeks at that point. I'm just not a fan on these anymore for whatever reason. Also, I have another 6 Man'o'War Ruinations I'd also like to trade. The Ruinations are far to strong for me.

###ex on the tempus, I just bought a box.

I'm still quite new to the whole scene, but I know I enjoy the AB Tempus and I also enjoy La aroma de cuba mi amor, San Lotano maduro. I like Macanudos, especially when I first started.

Thanks,
-Frank

Couple of pictures from Photobucket, couldn't figure out how to link them.

Most new guys coming in trying to trade stuff are trying to get rid of their ultra high end gurkhas or Padron Anniversaries.

This one actually seems reasonable, lmao.

Cello on or Cello Off?

The cellophane hasn't been removed. I've read the advantages but I figured it leaves me with less to screw up.

So what is it that you request for these cigars that many find to be over rated with burn issues?

He wants:

AB Tempus
and / or
La aroma de cuba mi amor.

I have neither of those things, though if I had the La aromas, I probably wouldn't trade them for prensados.

I do like Prensados, but like Abrignac said, I do find them overrated and they do have burn issues.

Not really sure Abrignac. I've only been smoking a few months. I know I like Mi Amors, San Lotano, Tempus, not really sure what else.

With all the things you mentioned, I'm actually surprised that you don't like the Prensado.

When did you get the Prensados?

If you just got them recently, you might want to give them a few weeks before smoking them.

I could have lead a better life having never seen that bgz.
I have some Prensados gran toro size that I got from Thompson just over two months ago, they just don't do it for me anymore.

ROFL...

I would be willing to trade you a fiver if you don't mind me not having anything on your list.

Up to you, obviously you'll have to send first.

I'll trade for the box. I also have nothing on your list but you'd end up equal or ahead. PM if interested.

Well, I'll tell you this, it would be in your best interest to do a trade, as far as what I got?

Like most BOTL on this site, I'm not going to start rattling off what I got, I'll be here all f'in day.

Damn, I didn't even read the thread, bgz didn't mean to step on your toes.

I can do a fiver or 10er if you want a fiver bro. I don't necessarily need a whole box.

It's cool robert, if you want the whole box go ahead, I was just looking to help a noob out.

But we can both do a "fiver" trade him though, I'm cool either way.

I just smoked one of the three la aroma de cuba mi amors I had left. I really love those, I'd prefer to trade for mi amors over any other trade.

Keel the N00B. Bomb his newbie 2015 azz just for the competitor reference. How'd you FOGS let that slip?

Hey Trish, does that get me closer to my Platinum Membership?

Unlike AB's the MI Amors are actually worth the money.

IMO most Pepin made products are worth more than ABs in general.

Pepin makes a better product.

With that said, I do like the Prensados, and was willing to hook the dude up...

But now that I'm home, and had a chance to look at my pile of Prensados that I rarely smoke, then looked at my massive pile of Pepin made products that I always smoke, and it's probably better for me that he turned down the offer.

Good luck dude, maybe someone else will hook you up with what you are after.

Well, I was going for dramatic effect, lmao.

They are Churchills and I usually only smoke Churchills when I go golfing.

I'd give up a fiver of them (not really a pile, a little over 10 is all I got). Like I said, I do like them;)

Pile of Pepins is probably more accurate.

2 points
1) Competitors references are not allowed.
2) Wait till mid April and try another Prensado, all cigars need a few months in the humidor to recover from shipping. You might enjoy it then.
