Sorry, I am totally slacking. Flags and certificates are ready to go out but I leave to go out of town before I can send them off tomorrow.

Darth and youngra, they are going to go out mid next week.

I was the lucky winner of the prize offered by cacman: The U.S. Marshals Service 225th Anniversary 2015 Proof Silver Dollar by The U.S. Mint. It is a great coin, which will be a welcome piece to my fledgling collection of U.S. silver dollars.

You all know how big of a box a silver dollar in a display case would fit into, right? And how much it weighs, right? I was expecting an envelope, at most a SFR. I didn't think that heavy MFR that was as solid and heavy as a couple of bricks was the coin. Then I saw the return addy on the box, from cacman, and said "oh sh**........"

That sucker threw in so much stuff and meticulously packaged them that it took me awhile to find the coin. Here's the tsunami of stuff I waded through: 2 cans of Pinner Throwback IPA, a bag of Mesa Verde Spicy Snack Mix, two CLIF protein bars - all to be enjoyed while watching a John Wayne 25 movie tribute collection DVD. There were items to be used for playing time with my grandson: Silly Putty, a set of 6 dice, a cocktail sized paper umbrella and 4 stickers from Colorado breweries and an eatery that can be used as a gameboard.

cacman also put in stuff for the cigar enthusiast of the Tat hoe persuasion:

My daughter called me today to tell me that a package from Hawaii landed today on what used to be our front porch. I sat a work like Flounder in Animal House thinking "This is gonna be great!" and I was not disappointed. Conan is known for his epic hits and this Hawaii Gift Pack was no exception. Youngra's package arrived when I was up north.

My son opened the box and separated the contents per instructions so I'd know when I got home late last night.

Spent the day cleaning firearms after sending some 2000 rounds plus down range, couldn't let my guns sit any longer, I just sat down and looked at the prize he sent.
