Momma was stoked. She steaked some and left some whole... already fried some, made a soup, and took it to work today.
Yeah, the 2 bags you left for me, and the bag of lingcod filets I claimed... sliced them into portion sized pieces, made sure all the bones were gone, washed them all in cold water, then dredged them in the mix. No egg wash. They came out amazing. The rest are going to work with me tomorrow to be thrown in the fryer.
I have one bag unseasoned for the cooks to do with as they wish. Payment for cooking mine.
