Is there something particularly significant about a thread going to 500 posts?
This thread seems like it's gotten life support.

Oh, and Good Morning. HAND...AAGW.

^No and after 500 can post, won't show .

Just a group of B/SOTL posting and trying to stay out of the fray, although it hasn't been that way the pass few days !

Ram...you forgot to mention that when a B/SOTL makes their 10th 500th post earns a box of STFU from Sven

Funny thing about that... Around 7:00pm I got this burst of energy. Washed dishes, played with Zach. Folded laundry. My brain didn't want to turn off.

I think I slept well... I don't remember. LOL

Young Asian mermaids---LMAO. That is funny.

The swimming events were awesome. Nothing like having 3 events in a row where the US won gold.

Sorry Ron--no John Hay day this year. My car was a little more important. That and my Mom is staying with us right now and is having a family & friends reuinion tomorrow. That is enough stress. You are welcome to come down but just to let you know the average age is 70 and that is only because a one month old will be there.

That's funny. Just got home from going to the bank and getting Zach a hair cut. He needs to look all spiffy for his first day of school!

We went to Wendy's after. A burger and fries. No happy meal.

He's been going to school for a full day since he turned three. Those first two days when he first started back in 2006, were tough. The first day I cried after I dropped him off because he went with the teacher so willingly. The second day I cried because he was crying for me not to leave him there.

He is just growing so fast.

Delaney starts first grade (full days) soon.

She did great with half days in Kindergarten, but she HATED the day care afterwards........she'd cry at night just thinking about it.

We never knew why.......I asked her a lot of questions to make sure there was no sort of abuse or mistreatment, but I am convinced there was not.....the teachers there really liked her a lot.

I think it may have been bigger kids.

Andy, Zach started crying and yelling that he didn't want to go to school back in May. He is still saying, "No school mommy. I want stay home with you!"

I thought it was him getting burnt out. A full day is a lot for a young one. But then I realized it started happening after he got in trouble at school and got put in a 5 minute time out. It scared him so bad, he still doesn't want to go back.

Hopefully being with new teachers this year will help that.
