interesting...in a bad way...i hate it when just one of my body oarts fall asleep. i try to train them for synchronized sleeping. alas, like cathy, i am not doing too well recently.

If your FOB is in the IZ it'll be nice. Most of the stuff there is (the way I heard it... never went to the IZ).

And it's better than moving to a friggin TENT in Fallujah, so shaaaaadup! LOL!

Someone here just started bitching about having to have _cold_ bottled water for the coffee and that room-temp bottled water was "unacceptable" WTF? Sealed bottle, what difference does it make?

I can understand using the cold tap versus the hot tap on the 5-gal sparkletts dispensers, but when you're talking about 1L bottles, doesn't mnake sense.

You and slim are the coffee gurus, can you 'splain that one to me?

uhhh, i went to grad school to study water purification...PhD program for what it is worth.

cold bottled water vs. warm bottled water for the coffee machine...let me think.....just a moment.....wait....yup, got it.

that person is an idiot. not only is the sealed water exactly the same, minus the temperature, but the amount of energy wasted by heating the cold water as opposed to the warm water adds up...that person could be melting the polar ice caps all be him/herself.

Am I the only one who ever noticed that the spider on the back of the animated spidey's costume was missing a set of legs?

BTW, about 12 years ago, I got to play with the original batmobile when I was down at Barris's shop one day. Funky car, all built out of toys and ****. The "Bat-Gas" sprayers are bronze sprinkerheads painted orange, all the crap in the cab is from a toy store and just glued in place, so on and so forth.

The cool thing he had in the shop was Dragula-II. Thing had a freaking 427 Cobra-Jet w/ a Webber 6-Pack in it. Muncie tranny, 4:11 rear, drag slicks - you could actually race the thing if you wanted to.

Have to find the photos someday.
