NMSS "RUKY". . . Thanks to PPP.

Just now opened the box of 5 that Marc had sent me a few years ago.
Don't have an exact purchase date, but judging by the yellow cello, it must have been sometime around the Stone Age.

About halfway through it as I type this . . . YUMMY ! ! ! ThumpUp

MY BAD . . .
It wasn't PPP that sent me the RUKY's . . . It was Pool-Cue !
The RUKY's were part of a MASSIVE prize that Roland offered up for the 2012 OpFTH 4th of July C.A.T. Fundraiser.

Last night, I smoked another great cigar from that hit . . . my first ever H Upmann Magnum 46.

Thanks again, Roland !

Oh those mag 46 are my favorite cc so far

I smoked a coronado lancero today thanks to dublehub. Not sure why he is banned but it was a tasty smoke nonetheless.

The LFD Coronado is one of my all time favs.
Favorite size is the 5 7/8 x 47 Corona Especiale
Of all the sizes, I found the lancero to be the most potent.
It was the only Coronado that made me dizzy.

I smoked a great cigar today, thanks to............ no clue. Not even a clue as to what it was. Found an unbanded (short?) corona deep in a cooler this weekend. CT-shade - PERFECT burn/construction and draw - mild/med but a faint citrus in the background. Very much wish I knew what it was --- I'm guessing maybe an old Punch, but I don't recall ever having had any around in that vitola....oh well...thanks to whomever sent it

Had one 101 before, it was a fat one, dunno if it makes a difference. But pull the band off, and look at the glued area. Mine had a little surprise.

No surprises, still smoking it. The only times I ashed were to remove bands. The ash never fell. As a matter of fact the first time I had to scrape the ash across the tray to get it off. It was firm at 2 inches. Another great smoke. Maybe when I'm as old as Burns was I'll be smoking 15 a day. There's just so many. Maybe it's cause I'm a noob but when people are talking I'm thinking how much better this would be with a cigar. And I smoked cigs so I know it's not just the nic. I'm glad I found this to put time into. Maybe I need a career change. Anyone own a shop in VA that's looking for a hired hand?

Vanzandt for the La Aurora Cammie. I had to try the cam ASAP because of the box I bought of strictly off the love I had for maduro. While this specific one had an annoying crack at the foot I am enjoying it. The crack was probably shipping. Its a nice smoke though. I can see it with coffee, water on hot day, or as the first or last in a line up for a big herfing type of night.

Erjaq thanks for the Cain maduro double toro. It's in the 90's here, humid, and recently finished mowing the yard. I'm a glutton for punishment but this thing is smooth and powerful. For me that's like what southern comfort does for me, half a bottle and I'm barely feeling it... Then WHAM!! I wake up in trouble the next day

Fiddler, thank you for a very enjoyable Partagas Tubo. It went paired very nicely with two key lime martinis. We were celebrating my wife's graduation from Florida Keys Community College. It was a very good day.
