Hope you found something you like there dannykcha. Welcome to the cbid madhouse. Great that you jumped in so quickly. Thanks for rehumidifying the pillows. The plain blue banded churchill sized smokes in the "For the Troops" bag are Gran Habanos, bundles.

I'm not sure about the other blue banded robustos in the other bag, but probably the same.

Don't forget to post the delivery confirmation number here after dropping the box at the post office.

I added a decent stick "For the Troops" and replaced the bag as well, since it was I'm bad shape. I think I may have found a couple, and added a couple extra as well.

Do the takes/puts have to be approved? (Sorry, first pass)

FedEx: 072156715008965 (did not have time for USPS so I had to ship from work)

Definitively over packaged, due to not having any FedEx boxes, but packaged VERY well. Just be careful when trying to open! =)

Had a great time participating in my first pass. Can't wait to join a super-premium pass where all the sticks are basically all HTF, CC, aged, super-premium sticks. I have a lot of great stuff, but also have a lot of great ones I'd like to try too!

Box arrived... Damn Danny... had helluva time opening that thing...

will pick and choose on the morrow, got a package from cbid coming in then... will have to repack in new box though. need more space for the troop sticks...

the box is in the west, so this would be a good time to get in on it, DQook. PM your addy to angus13, and if he still has it, he can send it to you. Then you can send it to tmccork in Washington.

If angus13 has already shipped to tmccork, PM your address to him, so he can send it to you after he and kharzhak, also in Washington, have their turn. Then you can send it to the next member on the list, akfireguy in Alaska.

The box arrived in Hawai'i Friday, 4 days later than the expected delivery date, and it looks like DQook was not home. USPS shows that a notice was left and as of yet, DQook has not picked it up...

Hopefully he gets it tomorrow... Those water pillows are gonna need a recharge by now...

got the box today recharged all pillows and changed the box

got to say as my first box pass this is awesome!
took some left some and will send out the box either today or tomorrow theres some open space in the box but ill see if i can do anything about that.

and angus that was a hell of a troops bag very nice!

IIRC, we re-routed the box to Hawaii, for DQook, and then he was going to ship it to you Tmccork, who would hand deliver to kharzhak. I wonder if it's in transit from Hawaii. It took almost two weeks from angus13 in AZ to DQook in HI.

I'd like to try this if you guys don't mind? I'll Pm one of the FOG's with my takes puts to make sure I don't do something that's lopsided or are these smokes like super top of the line rare stuff I might not be able to trade fairly for? Don't want to take any really good cigars and put junk in. Heh when you say the box is getting big how much are we talking in shipping? With all the cigars I bought this month if I buy a tootsie roll I gotta get it wife approved ;-p

Kombat96 (hope he's doing well, haven't seen him around in awhile) is the boss of this pass, and he's got the itinerary, CelticBomber and Kratzer001.

It is on the west coast now, and the boss wanted to hit as many states as possible. After tmccork and kharzhak get their shot, it's going up to Alaska for Akfireguy, then to Oklahoma, for tlmac, then to coolbreze in Texas before heading east, and then north.

What state do you guys live in, and we may be able to re-route the box when it lands nearby?

I would pull the troop sticks to reduce the size of the box, but leave a new troop stick bag for the next guy. Kombat may want to collect them all for a big troop bomb, so ask him first and maybe send the troop bag so far to him. If he is okay with forwarding it on now (or if he doesn't answer), I'd send it on to the troops.

Some of the more experienced guys may want to chime in on that though.

I thought there was a playa in Chicago for the Illlinois stop and I thought maybe it would come here (Nebraska) during the "midwest" swing. If I missed out, no problem, just thought I'd thrown that back out there.
