How long does it really take to open the box, go through the box, take and put, close the box, make a lable and swing it by the P.O.? Ridonkadonk! 5-10 minutes and a slight detour on your way to or from work... "busy" is BS

Got the gars traded out and momentos in the box. Printing out the label for the mail is on today's to do list. I'd love to have a free weekend again. So where did all you BOTL find these great jobs with all the free time in the world?

I bust my balls every goddamn week as I am sure many people on this forum do and you are going to come back here and ask some half-assed question of where does everyone else have magical jobs with all the free time in the world?

People had a right to question WTF was up with the box and your lack of communication is what annoyed people the most. If you would have simply had the decency to take 2 minutes every couple of a days with an update than at least we would have known you are alive and kicking. Sure people might still bitch, but it would definitely still be tempered by the fact that at least you were communicating with the group.


As I am feeling bitchy at the moment I am going to offer this word of advice to anyone working a job that does not allow them ANY TIME in a two week period to send out a package, can't take time to communicate and then comes back to the thread with some sarcastic ****: Don't get involved in the box pass in the first place.

OK. Drama aside drama aside an in a more friendly manner -> a suggestion for future improvement:

1. Please take into greater consideration whether you will have time to actually turnaround packages before getting involved. Obviously, **** can happen after you get involved so please:

2. Always take the time to communicate on a routine basis. Everyone has issues that crop up and a little consistent communication does a long way.


At least the package is about to get moving again, so back to the fun.

Nah, it's cool. I haven't harvested the tobacco I'm going to age yet for my own roll contribute to this thing. I figure of it doesn't get here for another two, two and a half years in good!

Hmmm mail can take 4 days technically. If snail mail was chosen.

That stated Kratzer, could please provide the delivery confirmation if you sent it via USPS or a tracking number if you sent it via another carrier? If you could provide this information I am sure this would put everyone's concerns.

I already had my rant a few posts up and believe it is complete bull**** that this didn't get moving faster. I don't know if we have had a lot of newbish traders in this box pass or what, but the slow movement throughout the pass seems to fly in contrast to all normal trade type etiquette.

Sooo, are we declaring this box ummm lost at sea? Because lets face it...anyone claiming that in three weeks they haven't had 10 minutes to drop this box off or use Click and ship to have it picked up... well I'm not gonna be the first to use the word that begins with St and ends with olen because that kind of thing tends to blow up in a persons face even when it's true.... something isn't kosher here.

The weird thing is....and I'm just speaking generally now and not referring to anyone specifically in this thread.... you can get more cigars trading legitimately in just a few months than you can get by taking one box pass and disappearing.... and make a bunch of great friends and have a ton of fun while doing it. Oh well. Who knows maybe the box is on the way already.
