They should step aside and give the American people a REAL alternative to what we currently "enjoy". Perhaps a Constitution Party.
Scratch that. Half of the electorate's probably never heard of the Constitution.

Ahhhhhh, what the heck, stop messing about ...
just open the borders further & make the Amero the official currency.

Guys sorry its all my fault for writting in RP.

All the mainstream media blathering about the right getting more "etreme" is crap. Their are some true tea party folks but the control on the right are big spenders that don't really focus on freedom.

****** Morris is prolly comitted suicide.

For the most part, the Republican Party is viewed as the party of the rich, the white male and the religious right. Unfortunately for them, as long as they refuse to alter their platform, the country will continue to elect a Democratic President. On he other hand, the Democrats are viewed as the welfare party.

Not much of a choice for a fiscally conservative independent.

You have a few sects.

Libertarians

Religious right

Tradional business types

I feel a portion of group 2&3 have ran the party. I feel they've done a poor job. Group one isn't going to win the day or save the party. But a revamped republican party with a lense filtered towards personal liberties I think would keep the party mire viable and be more healthy than what weve gotten from democrats and republicants the last 20 years.

The constitution is largely ignored, and a large portion of the country is dependent on big sis. This has been a long time coming and I hope y'all are ready, because this is the begining of another generation of FDR type voters. Many republicants facilitated this by short sided ignorance.

He's not going to run again (he says).

I'll vote my conscious again in 4 years wherever that's best suited to go DWD. My vote is one vote....and to me its always what the candidate represents.

I understand alot of reasons dems would vote for Obama. Some things I cannot fathom why they say nothing. *shrug*

Try reading Pauls book sometime. You might find some common ground or not but you will probably understand his reason on some issues more than Mccain or Romney.

Here are some quotes that sum up what just happened:

“The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.”
― Alexis de Tocqueville

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.”
― Alexis de Tocqueville

“It is indeed difficult to imagine how men who have entirely renounced the habit of managing their own affairs could be successful in choosing those who ought to lead them. It is impossible to believe that a liberal, energetic, and wise government can ever emerge from the ballots of a nation of servants.”
― Alexis de Tocqueville

Congrats to all who got exactly what they deserved.

Done as we know it today. Far right will go one way. Moderates will move towards center. RPO FL is in serious trouble now.

Z you are not the problem. I think about 1% voted third party. That small number is part of the problem.

The republicans here likely think they should double down on their great success! Purge the moderates. Compromise = getting 100% of what we want. Railing against the president and automatically being against him is the best path. He's not one of us.

I heard everyone who voted for Obama wants free stuff and everyone that voted for Romney is smart and stuff.

Until the Republicans quit pushing rich, old, or rich and old white guys out front, they will continue to lose.

Never underestimate the stupditiy and sloth of the average american.

Get a half hispanic, half white guy or gal, be fiscally conservative, socially moderate, from the upper middle class as your candidate, and the keys to the electorate are yours.

If the candidate has no idea what a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk cost, they are screwed.

The rich old white guy candidate should ask his staff for this information as part of debate prep work. It's just sloppy preparation and hands the election to the rich Democrats who take the time to discuss these things with their servants.

Plans......do the same thing and expect the same results! The Obama Cone of Protection has always been the place to be but people just didn't want to listen.

There isn't really a right or left side of the fence. It is all a show put on for the unwashed masses that is orchestrated by us globalists.

You backwoods savages need to stop hating on the gays and follow the leadership of France.

French President François Hollande's cabinet on Wednesday adopted a draft law authorising gay marriage and adoption on Wednesday. Polls suggest up to two-thirds of French voters back gay marriage but are divided on the issue of adoption.

France's Socialist government Wednesday adopted a draft law to authorise gay marriage and adoption despite fierce opposition from the Roman Catholic Church and the right-wing opposition.

President Francois Hollande, who made the issue a key part of his electoral platform, told a cabinet meeting the move was "not only a step forward for some but for all of society," government spokeswoman Najat Vallaud-Belkacem said.

The proposed legislation "resolutely takes into account the greater interest of the child," he said, Vallaud-Belkacem added.

"This is an important step towards the equality of rights," said Minister of Family Affairs Dominique Bertinnoti.

Bertinnoti rejected criticism that the move would "destroy" the family, saying: "On the contrary it is a legal protection."

It now has to be voted through parliament before becoming law: Hollande has promised that it will be on the statute books by mid-2013.

You ever drive by a Home Depot parking lot early in the morning? There's TONS of "tradesmen" willing to work for cheap!

All you have to do is load 5-7 of them into the back of your pickup...wing through Mickey D's and buy them a sack of dollar burgers to eat...explain with hand gestures and pictures what you want them to do and at the end of the day if you don't want to pay them...just have a friend drive up to the site with a t-shirt that says in big block letters "ICE"...they'll run for the border!

I understand the vitriol in here. I felt the very same way that a bunch of morons voted bush back in knowing what a POS he was because somehow the other guy was going to be worse (arguably not possible). Same thing happened here. It just sucks when the shoe is on the other foot and it is much more tragic.....

Here I lie
In a lost and lonely part of town
Held in time
In a world of tears I slowly drown

Going home
I just can't make it all alone
I really should be holdin' you, holdin' you
Lovin' you, lovin' you

Tragedy
When the feeling's gone and you can't go on
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and you don't know why
It's hard to bear
With no one to love you you're going nowhere

Tragedy
When you lose control and you got no soul
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and you don't know why
It's hard to bear
With no one beside you, you're going nowhere

Night and day
There's a burnin' down inside of me
Oh, burnin' love
With a yearnin' that won't let me be

Down I go
And I just can't take it all alone
I really should be holdin' you, holdin' you
Lovin' you, lovin' you

Tragedy
When the feeling's gone and you can't go on
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and you don't know why
It's hard to bear
With no one to love you, you're going nowhere

Tragedy
When you lose control and you got no soul
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and you don't know why
It's hard to bear
With no one beside you, you're going nowhere

Tragedy
When the feeling's gone and you can't go on
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and you don't know why
It's hard to bear
With no one to love you, you're going nowhere

Tragedy
When you lose control and you got no soul
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and your heart goes by
It's hard to bear
With no one beside you, you're going nowhere

Tragedy
When the feeling's gone and you can't go on
It's tragedy
When the morning cries and you don't know why
It's hard to bear
