Hate to say it but in many cases dogs and cats are better than many humans that are walking this earth.

Sorry for you and your wife's loss.

Thanks fellas

He was a great dog. I think back to his unconditional love towards me, he never needed anything, never asked for anything. He truly was better than most people, he was better than I am.

Sorry for your loss's Brother. We had to have my wife's rat terrier put down about a month ago. She'd been in the family 16 years. My lab has kept our mind off her........my little bi*ch has been in trouble everyday since. My wife said just yesterday after my lab snuggled up in Her fresh laundered sheets,"I think we put the wrong dog down".Just glad she can talk about it now........You too will get past all this, time is your friend.

Oh yea.......Knob Creek Single Barrel 120 proof

Sorry about your loss. I know the feeling.

Regarding the Weller,,,, Special Reserve or Antique 107? I'm guessing the latter.

Will find out in about an hour.

Sent the URL to this page to Homer, fo' sure I'll ask if he took a peek.

When I was at the adult beverage shpo to pick up the bottle, happened to talk story with the distributor sales manager. His favorite of the 4 OF expressions (...the store has a single barrel select...) is the 1920 and he also commented that it doesn't drink to it's proof.

Slight fix.

All this time I thought the Japanese misspelt “coffee” but it is “Coffey” still, as in continuous or column still.

But getting back to the question at hand, I liked it. Wasn’t as “Scotchy” as many Japanese whiskys, in fact, sweeter and more Bourbon-like than anything I’ve had from The Land of the Rising Sun.
