I don't think anyone should complain about black references in language usage. Black had always had an evil connotation due to darkness. Even if there were no black people. Cant get around that. Didn't blacks decide they liked black better than colored? Now they are African-American so there can be no confusion .....unless they come from another country....... maybe we need another name.

A rare bird - the Chestnut Kanuck as distinguished from the Snowy White Kanuck..... not to be confused with the Common Parsimonious Kanuck, that comes in a variety of plumages. Also know by the scientific name Hockeestikup dabuttus.
