Didn't Cruz say earlier in the campaign that those candidates who have been mathematically eliminated should drop out? Or is that only for everyone not him?

I doubt very much that it is specifically Trump prevention mode. That is only a by-product of win at any cost. Personally, I hope now that Trump sews it up early.

But since Cruz is a uniter and stuff, and he's been mathematically eliminated he should bow out. Unless he is only about division and personal gain.

Still alot going on... If the RNC screws Trump and he goes Independent he thinks he'll be the nominee.. I think if the RNC does that Kasich will be in but it's all a big wet dream anyways... for somebody.. Mellow

Ok, ok - I've got it!

Trump is getting close to having enough delegates to win the nomination. But the GOP by and large doen't like him. So they will be in a bit of of pickle - follow the will of the Republican majority or do what they please. Nominating someone else will not be well received by many - as it's a bit of a cheat. So, what will they do?????

Shut down the election! They will nominate NO ONE. And block the election going forward.

Remember these are the famous Republicant's;
Their version of health care reform is to do nothing.
And if elected they will undo everything they can so that nothing was done - about most anything.
New supreme court justice? - NO ONE! They take the action of doing nothing.
And they will steadfastly work overtime (with pay) to do NOTHING.

But this is not being fair - they do work hard to shut down the guvmut.
And that IS something I reckon......
