Not the same.

Most meth heads here are either White trash of various economic means or Hispanic pushers. We also have lots of heroine and pill poppers (all races) and almost zero cracking heads.

That being said, I'd be careful regarding crime stats and racial demographics. You may not want to acknowledge what you'll find.

Properly mined data will show that the the vast majority of violent crime is inversely proportional to reported income level of the person committing said crime. One will also find that the vast proportion of violent criminals reside in the neighborhoods where the commit said crimes. If follows that if one were to try to derive the race percentages then look at the demographics of the high crime areas.


It could be argued that the reason more people of one race are incarcerated is due to that race's economic status, but that would be a mistake. One would make a more accurate case by compiling data of offenders booked, not those actually in jail. Such a study would reveal the true demographics of those accused. One would also find that the racial demographics of those actually convicted is more closely related to those accused than those incarcerated.

It's important to note that a large number of the stats available include Latinos & Hispanics as White.

No the Census demographics do not, but it may coincide with other stats. Reviewing demographics before moving is not an "algorithm" or racist, but is often recommended by your real estate agent. Review your hometown's census info.

But the NFL does consider sickle cell to protect their players. Thanks to the NFL for bringing awareness about sickle cell to the mainstream public. It effected a Pittsburgh Steelers player, and many others. One could say that Denver has an unfair advantage over the rest of the league. But no one has complained about that... yet. Don't know if it's an issue in the NBA?

Maybe the board should concentrate addressing the OP and the general attitude behind it, instead of my comments.
