Guess you must be busy with the husband and wife bondage family.

I wonder if the irony of THEM being locked up is lost on them.

Killing you? I'm the jackass working from 6pm to 6am Wednesday thru Friday and every other Saturday. Add in an hour commute each way... my ass is whooped.

Ma and Pa Weirdo are locked up in the Riverside jail... ain't seen 'em.

I'll be working Intake tomorrow night. That should be fun. Sarcasm

Oh, heck yeah. Some are funny and some are ass holes. Had a guy tell me he was gonna whoop my ass, as soon as I took the cuffs off. I said thanks for telling me that... and left them on until his shoulders ached so bad he couldn't whoop my ass when I took them off.

Wicked smaht.

Normally I do my own mechanical work, but I've grown lazy the last few years. 3 years ago I put a heater core in my old truck, in February, in the driveway. That was enough to teach me to just pick up an extra day or two at work and pay somebody else to do that job.

The roof, I had a roofer out last fall for the same leak. It's from a dormer, and they always leak. He told me what he would do, and offered to do it for $400, but suggested I attempt it myself first before paying him. I diy'd it as he told me, but doesn't look like it worked. Really need to have the dormer removed and roof patched.

Of course this comes up right after blowing all my spare money on a vacation.

Probably not true, but the wife sure has...

just finished up at a little spot in paso robles...ate a bunch of nigiri (and learned the correct pronunciation of it d'oh! ) and a kiss of death roll (spicy, spicy tuna with tuna sashimi and a little jalapeno slice on top and some kind of subtly spicy oil drizzled over it)...

doing the company dinner in a minute, then off for a padron 26 and probably more sushi...

Challenged my wife to a coconut oil wrestling match. She said she'd rather do the laundry.

Because I'm a Problem Solver, I told her she could do all the laundry after we wrestled.

Haven't seen her since.

Couple months ago the bulb on my projector blew. Had about 3000 hours on it, 2nd bulb. Bought another bulb, installed it, hung the projector and powered it up to a spectacular explosion. Glass rained down on me. So... there goes another $150 bulb, and it took the color wheel and lens with it. Emailed the manufacturer to see if there was somewhere I could send it in to be refurbished. They no longer support my model. 5 years old, spent $1500 on it, and can't get it rebuilt...

TV upstairs is going on 10 years old, so I told the wife I was going to buy a new one for upstairs and put that one downstairs. She said ok, and that it didn't matter what I got as long as it was as good or better than what we had. Then I get a text on the way to the store. It has to be at least 55", 4k, and smart TV...

Got an Insignia I think it was, 55" 4k smart TV for $430 out the door

Looks good, apps work, wife's happy. I have a TV downstairs again, so I'm happy too.

Bought my 47" Sharp Aquos in 2008 for $1500ish. Still works perfectly well, hopefully the new one lasts as long too.

I was shocked at the price drop and size increase on tv's. Haven't been to best buy since 07 according to the address on file for my phone number. They had tv's that were damn near as big as my projector throw, for what I paid for my last tv.

Biggest bonus for me is having a tv downstairs instead of projector is I can have the lights on and see it clearly. Just one light switch for the whole basement's lights, so when boy wants to play on his train table while I play videogames used to be difficult. Today, no problem.
