" because I type really fast" Yah I think they used to teach that in finishing school.

I am technically not a Millennial, and I have absolutely zero Liberal political views, outside of drug policy.

Don't test me, bro. We can still post pics of our ball sacks. Just because yours is in another country now doesn't mean I winl

Not really. Third week of February, a Certain Place had 15 packs of the 52s for $25.00 shipped (I'm not a noob, and therefore do not care for large ring gauges like some here). I ordered one natural and one maduro. If I'm not mistaken, the 54s where $26.00/15 pack.

PDR A.Flores Serie Privada MADURO 52: 15pk [3/5's]

RAH got 20 for $60 ($3.00 ea.). I got 30 for $50 ($1.67 ea.) Mine also included free shipping. Oh why do you doubt my ability, grasshopper?

Yes, the important word is "sometimes".

In December I scored La Palina Classics for $1.50 ea. and Blacks for $1.99 ea. Also picked up PDR 1878 Capa Maduros for $1.75, and recently Room 101 HN 305s for $1.99 ea. But the majority of the deals are so, so, and you can do better elsewhere.

Actually, some of my best deals are coming from here. I'm still losing like 90% of my bids, but the ones I hang on to are coming through at exceptional prices.

I've pretty much given up buying here. Last purchase was Dec 2016.
The shipping BS, limited selection, stupid prices, and crap website just wiped out my cbid mojo.

King and Gummy,
During my exile, I didn't have the opportunity to buy AJ's stuff which had been my mainstay. I mainly loaded up on 601s. There was a time when I could pickup 601 10 pack samplers (2 red, 2 green, 2 blue, 2 steel, 2 La Bomba) for $12 to $20. I smoked the crap out of them. Along with $2 and under samplers of Drew Estate stuff like Herrera Esteli, KFC, UC, Nica Rustic and assorted JDNs. Was lucky enough to grab 8 bundles of UC & UC Shade 2nds for dirt cheap. I still don't know why these where pulled aside as 2nds, as they look, taste and smoke exactly like 1sts. Also a bunch of La Palina Classics, Blacks and Reds for $2 and under. There was even a time when I was picking up Pepin blends, Crowned Heads and AVO for well under $3. Also grabbed a bunch of MF 1922 petite robs for $2.30, and a box of MF 1922 Torps (cigar of the year) for $135. Heck, I even remember 20 LX-2 toros for $1.10 ea., and even a bunch of sub $2 Perdomos. Forgot about the Fuentes. There was a 3 week period when I was picking up 14 cigar Fuente samplers for under $30. Sadly, these deals are no longer available.

Now that I'm back, I've been loading up on $2 and under MOW Ruinations, MOW Legends, assorted Diesels and Oliva samplers. Last week I grabbed 2 5vers of 5 Vegas Classics for $7 ea. and I've been able to win multiple Pepins for $3. Now I find myself reaching for one of these Cbid cigars every time I head out to smoke. Maybe it's because they are different then what I've been smoking for the past 4 years, but I'm really enjoying them. Just came in from my first 5 Vegas Classic in years. Nice Nic pepper, with a sweet finish, and razor sharp burn. I was suprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Then again, I read while I smoke, so I'm not paying a whole lot of attention to the cigar. As long as it tastes good, draws well, burns straight, and produces amble smoke, I'm happy.

I can understand the rest of you being bored by the same old, same old, but to me, these cigars are new and fresh.

5 Vegas Classic DP?
Eh.........maybe you're suffering from PTSD from being in the dungeon so many years.

The only AJ stuff that interests me anymore are WELL rested Ruinations and MOWPAs.
Need to stock up on Ruinations, but have plenty of 3 and 4 yo mowpas that are very good.

Picked up a couple boxes of RYJ Coronitas En Cedro yesterday on a 72 hour sale for $89 a box. Not a bad price these days for them.

Excellent morning smoke :D

Just looked, they're still on sale, don't know for how long though.

I ran out of Genesis Projects about a year after my exile, so I haven't had one in about 3 years. I was determined to win them at my price. Lost a lot of bids, but finally got some at MY price.

Genesis The Project by Ramon Bueso Robusto Pack of 10 $18.50

Haven't tried the Habano, but again, it has to be at my price.

Ramon Bueso Genesis Habano Robusto Pack of 5 $7.50

Also, I like Diesels, but to me they are a sub $2 cigar.

Diesel Unholy Cocktail Pack of 5 2 @ 9.00 = $18.00

Diesel Uncut Robusto Pack of 10 $17.00

Diesel Unlimited d.5 Pack of 5 2 @ 9.00 = $18.00

I also lucked out on some Pepins

Don Pepin Garcia Cuban Classic 1970 Single 3 @ $3.00 = $9.00

Don Pepin Garcia Invictos Single 2 @ $3.00 = $6.00

....since we're all bragging......

Wow! Patience. Mine always goes out the window when I get close to the end of my combined shipping period. When I look at what my lack of patience costs me, I’ve concluded that going into the next shipping period generally ends up being the better deal.

Ha, ha. Well there where those 50 PAM64 robs for around $6 - $7 ea., but even I have never been able to pull off 1926s for under $10 ea. I bow to you, oh mighty one.

My latest - 5er of Pepin Black 1979 for $15. I'll take these all day long for $3 ea.

I snapped up on a deal at that price for 2 x 10 boxes of the #2s (still a great deal). The vendor must have ran out of 10 boxes and said f*** it and shipped me a 24 box.

PLEASE let me know if these are smokeable. Meaning they are as good as PDR Oscuro or 5 Vegas Series A, the two cheapo maduros I still smoke now and then. Last two times I got a RP Maduro secondary line that had this cheap ass spice taste to them that was very unappealing! thanks!!!

.....Got a Bundle of 24 of the Pinar del Rio Clasico Torpedo (6.5" x 52) for $34.99. A Box of 20 sells for $105 at C.I. Haven't burned one of these in years. Used to like them. We shall see.

.....The Ortega Serie D Exclsuvio Toro was VERY GOOD. A Box of 10 for $40 here a CigarBid was still a little steep, but like the Espinosa Comfortably Numb Toro they were a nice change of pace from the usual Habano wrapped cigars I have burning.

.....also got.....

2 Man O' War Side Project : Little Devil Pack of 5 $6.00 ea.

4 Colibri Uber Triple-Flame Compact Table Top Lighter $6.50 ea. (these go for $50 at CI and $35 on FF)

Of course I was outbid on over 100 lots in those same two weeks, but that's all part of the game.
