Apparently the white house confirmed it is real.
And it was a week old... so they have clearly ignored it.... despite the pitiful attempts at threats in it.

so it wasn't Trump's reply to Kim Jong Un's beautiful letter that was mistakenly couriered to Turkey/Erdogan?

It’s a pretty bad letter even for a 12 year old, but it was written by our President to another. No wonder they don’t take him seriously.

At least it wasn’t written in crayon. It sounds like it may have been if you read it out loud.

Hah... Tw... I literally was just saying to someone else that "written in crayon" is sort of where our current expectations are.

Got it.... So the complaint is that he hasn't suddenly started conducting himself as the British monarch does...

I don’t care about a threatening letter. I would just like it to be written by somebody of middle school caliber or better. And yes I’ve spent a lot of time at about four different presidential library’s reading correspondence both foreign and domestic. This letter is embarrassing

Andit truly wasn’t that threatening. There is no way anybody could take this childish letter seriously and they didn’t

They clearly didn't take it seriously. It was sent a week ago and they rejected meeting our emmissaries a day or two ago...

It's even more embarrassing that they clearly know how weak our president is.

I told you not to go elsewhere for your news, and now you're like 3 days behind...

turkey is currently begging anyone from the administration to meet with them in hopes of easing the crippling sanctions levied against them in retaliation for ignoring us...

I’m beginning to think the letter was never sent. Maybe Trump was just doing battle rap freestyle with two turn tables and a dictaphone.

If folks can’t read this letter and realize the mistake we made I fear for us.

Probably the same ones who released a White House tweet showing trumpenfurher saying "The United States and Italy are bound together by a shared cultural and political heritage dating back thousands of years to Ancient Rome."

https://twitter.com/WhiteHouse/status/1184528301194383362

I believe the current running joke regarding that statement is that Italy is the one who helped us defend our airports during the war for independence.

When you run any organization with such chaos and a leader who will literally turn on anyone to save their own skin, then the smart people will leave. All that's left to support him, to write his speeches, to hide his gaffes, are idiots and incompetent staffers.

I think it was actually the President that gave the letter to the Dems at the meeting yesterday.

I honestly thought it was fake.... thus the initial post prior to all the news outlets saying the same thing. If you look at the time stamp I did it before the news told me what to think. As bad as I think he is I just honestly could not believe he could send something like that. It proves it is possible he is worse than I thought he is. I thought it was from the Onion. Which was the style at the time.

I heard the queen pulled the the troops out as well and sent a note that said nothing but nanny nanny boo boo.... or was that Freddy Mercury. I confuse them. But I do hear she wears an onion on her belt which is the style at the time and the purpose of your post.

I think the worst thing about America right now is that we finally have a president who's addressing the immigration issue at our southern border and people who consider themselves American are pissed he didn't wear a tux while doing it...

I just reread it for funsies... and caught this snippet: "General Mazloum [leader of the Syrian Democratic Forces] is willing to negotiate with you, and he is willing to make concessions that they would never have made in the past. I am confidentially enclosing a copy of his letter to me, just received"

So... let's really think about this simple statement.
1 - He first weakened the position of our allies in the fight against ISIS by pulling out US troops and leaving them exposed to their enemies, Turkey.
2 - Then he passes confidential letters from them to their enemy, Turkey, to give turkey a stronger bargaining position in any potential peace negotiations.

I think the letter is being shared with the young turk and trump wants him to keep it confidential. Or maybe he is secretly sharing it with him. Or maybe he wasn't supposed to share it with him. You know the guy killing our allies is pretty trustworthy in that regard so it doesn't matter. As most things Trump it's impossible to decipher what he really meant.

But I liked the ", just recieved" LOL
